The Furious Curiosity Of The Frozen Abstraction

This is a concept album about the life cycle of the Liver Fluke. We refuse to explain why Al Jolson is on the cover because Explanation is the mother of Understanding, Understanding is the mother of Enlightenment, and The Enlightenment was a period in European History.

"Baffling, bewildering and frequently incoherent, this rock opera confounds, confuses and converts reality until your brain resembles a seeping mush and the remnants of your mind run screaming into a dark oblivion, never to be seen or heard from again. Marvellous" - David Attenborough .

This blog is the internet hub of legendary music icons Pan-Dimensional Orifice. The Pan, as they are affectionately known by fans, have been in existence since the mid-nineties and have had a revolving cast of musicians. This high turnover of personnel is often attributed to the effect of mysterious band leader Jakob Muck, who owns the copyright to the band name. The Pan have recorded albums in genres ranging from Psychedelic Country, Acid Country, Countrydelica and Countrified Psychedelica to Bubblepop and Post Post Rock. There has also been a wide variety of side-projects evolving out of the group, the most well known being Marsupial Oblivian and Trans-Dimensional Appendage.
